The Core is for anyone aged between 10-13, School yr 6-8
Thursday:
The Core Night – Every other week from 6.30 till 8pm, we meet at the youth lounge with lots of different activities available. From Giant games nights, bonfires, food to Christmas party and Scrap heap challenge. And then at the end of the evening there is a time to be challenged and encouraged by what God is doing in our lives.
Sunday:
The Core Time – Every Sunday morning during the 9.15 and 11am service there is an opportunity to meet again and look deeper into Gods word; the bible. Through games and different activities and exercises we seek to encourage everyone on their journey with God. Meeting each individual where they are.
Weekend Away 2009
We are going to a place called Ferny Croft Activity Centre. The weekend will be an action packed weekend full of Games and activities, but also time to spend learning and growing closer to God.
Fuse is for anyone aged 14-18 in school years 9-13.
Friday:
Fuse Café – After School every week from 3.30 till 5.30. In the youth lounge, just hanging out and meeting friends. With doughnuts and cookies for very cheap prices.
Fuse Social – Every week from 7.30 – 9.30. With a mix of activities from Club nights, café nights to ski bobbing and the Christmas ball. There are lots to enjoy and get stuck into. At the end of each evening there is a time to be challenged and encouraged in the God Slot.
Sunday:
Fuse AM – Every other week during both 9.15 and 11am services there is teaching for you. Tackling difficult questions, talking about our faith and growing together.
Fuse PM – After the evening service we meet in the youth lounge around 7.45 for social eating time, then at 8.05 we meet together and introduce the evening. We then break into our Fuse Groups (you will find out who you are with soon) and meet in separate rooms. Then at 9.15pm we meet back together to feed back and share any encouragements from the week. Then we finish at around 9.30pm.

The vision behind fusion is bring God and youth together, but also bring all the youth of St Johns together, in one place to worship the same God.
The Story of Fusion
I was sat under a tree thinking and praying about St Johns and how to intregrate the youth together and with God, when as if God placed this idea in my head. The vision is to see The Core and Fuse working and meeting together. We have run a couple of events now and we also have a weekly prayer meeting for Fusion.
Lets pray that God moves and touches lives.
